or have paid a dividend on its ordinary shares. (●) Mortgages of leaseholds in the Colony of Hongkong held for an unexpired term of Five years

And I declare that my Trustees may if they think fit lend money on any such security in conjunction with money advanced by any other person or persons by way of contributory loan and in such case the security may be taken in the joint names of the several contributories or any two or more of them or in the name of any person to be nominated by the several contributories or such other arrangement may be made in relation thereto as my Trustees may think fit.

1. No Trustee of this my Will shall be liable for any loss not attributable to:

(a) his own dishonesty,

(b) To the wilful commission by him of an act known by him to be a breach of trust.

And in particular he shall not be bound to take any proceedings against a Co-Trustee for my breach or alleged breach of trust committed by such Co-Trustee.

1. I direct that my Trustees may reimburse themselves out of the trust premises all cost charges and expenses incurred in or about the execution of the aforesaid trusts and powers.

I further direct that the Trustees of this my Will may in their absolute and uncontrolled discretion instead of acting personally employ and pay a Solicitor or any other person to transact my business or do any act of whatever nature required to be done in connection with the administration of the trusts of my said Will or anything arising thereunder including the receipt and payment of money and that any Executor...
